Due to lead dust found in the building that can be harmful to children under 6, we have closed our office to the public; however, we remain fully committed to serving our community with the same level of care and services. The Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) has begun radon testing across its housing units in compliance with new U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, taking an important step to protect the health and safety of its residents.
Effective July 1st, 2021, we will conduct business by scheduled in-person appointments, email, mail or phone. We will not allow walk-ins. If you are sick and have a scheduled appointment, please contact us to reschedule the appointment. Housing applications may be downloaded on this website or you may pick one up by our drop boxes located at the main entrance and rear handicap entrance. Website applications will need to be filled out online, and emailed to us at miamimha@miamicac.org (email is for housing applications only ), or printed and dropped off or mailed to us at:
